This is a thoughtful post. Short and sweet. “Do we have to” is not the most enthusiastic start to a question, and unfortunately, there are a lot of things that we just have to do.

What I got from your slice today is, respecting and trusting students as well as giving them choice helps the learn. Learn from their experiences.
